Do you want to learn how to leverage class policies to enhance your rapport with your class? In this workshop, graduate instructors will learn how to set the stage for successful management of a course, including the development of a teaching persona and creating class policies that work. You will also apply your newly acquired knowledge to a case study on how to improve student performance. Open to all graduate students, this workshop is required for the SkillCraft Level 1 Essentials Credential.
