Do you want to learn how to leverage class policies to enhance your rapport with your class? In this workshop, graduate instructors will consider a case study on how to improve student performance. They will also learn how to set the stage for successful management of a course, including the development of a teaching persona and creating class policies that work. Participants will also engage in discussion with fellow graduate instructors.

In this workshop, graduate instructors will consider a case study on how to adapt grading to changing circumstances.
